At North Shore Trust and Savings, our people make all the difference, and Elena has been making an impact at North Shore Trust and Savings since 2013. First as a Universal Banker and then moving into a Loan Specialist role in our Loan Servicing department in 2019.

Elena brings calm, clarity, and care to every customer interaction. Each day, she helps customers understand their loan details, payment options, and account status, making sure they feel heard, valued, and confident in their financial decisions. When an issue pops up, she does not hesitate. She digs in, investigates, and finds a solution that keeps customers moving forward.

She is also known for supporting her coworkers, always sharing knowledge and best practices to help new team members learn and succeed.
For Elena, banking is more than numbers. It is about people. She loves having the opportunity to help customers achieve their financial goals and build brighter futures.

When she is not assisting customers, you can find Elena soaking up sunshine with her son and their dog, a fur baby she never expected to love so much but now cannot imagine life without. Her happy place is anywhere with summer heat, crashing waves, and sandy beaches.

A fun fact about Elena: she proudly admits she was never a pet person until one very lovable dog changed everything. She is now an enthusiastic member of the pet parent club!
