Since joining Oak Leaf Community Mortgage in 2021, Heather has been the steady hand keeping our loan pipeline running smoothly. Her organizational skills are the backbone of our process—every single loan that comes through OLCM touches Heather’s desk, and she juggles each one with ease. She’s as sweet as she is sharp, and we’re lucky to have her working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward.

“I enjoy being a part of this platform because I find joy in being part of our customers’ journey—from finding their first home through their forever homes and anything else they may need along the way,” Heather says.

When asked what she loves most about her career, Heather said, “I love my career because there is always something new to learn. Mortgages are ever-changing and rarely boring.”

Heather expanded her expertise where she continues to support clients and colleagues with the same dedication. When Heather isn’t streamlining loans for our team, you’ll likely find her in her garden or crafting during her “mom” time. She’s also a proud sports mom to two sons, keeping busy cheering them on in wrestling, football, and basketball. Whether she’s on the sidelines or in the office, Heather brings dedication, energy, and heart to everything she does.
