Keeping Our Loan Pipeline Running Smoothly<\/b><\/h3><\/div>

Since joining Oak Leaf Community Mortgage in 2021, Heather has been the steady hand keeping our loan pipeline running smoothly. Her organizational skills are the backbone of our process\u2014every single loan that comes through OLCM touches Heather\u2019s desk, and she juggles each one with ease. She\u2019s as sweet as she is sharp, and we\u2019re lucky to have her working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI enjoy being a part of this platform because I find joy in being part of our customers\u2019 journey\u2014from finding their first home through their forever homes and anything else they may need along the way,\u201d Heather says.<\/span><\/p>\n

When asked what she loves most about her career, Heather said, \u201cI love my career because there is always something new to learn. Mortgages are ever-changing and rarely boring.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Heather expanded her expertise where she continues to support clients and colleagues with the same dedication. When Heather isn\u2019t streamlining loans for our team, you\u2019ll likely find her in her garden or crafting during her \u201cmom\u201d time. She\u2019s also a proud sports mom to two sons, keeping busy cheering them on in wrestling, football, and basketball. Whether she\u2019s on the sidelines or in the office, Heather brings dedication, energy, and heart to everything she does.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
