Employee Spotlight: Meet Tim Quinlan<\/b><\/h3><\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Tim Quinlan<\/span><\/a> serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Mortgage Sales at Oak Leaf Mortgage, powered by North Shore Trust and Savings. With a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration from <\/span>Lewis University<\/span><\/a>, Tim brings over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry. His primary focus is on teaching, coaching, and mentoring his team, with a “work for them” mentality. He proactively builds relationships to support his team\u2019s growth, both professionally and personally. Tim takes immense pride in helping individuals make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives\u2014<\/span>purchasing<\/span><\/a> or <\/span>refinancing<\/span><\/a> a home. For him, witnessing his team members thrive is the most rewarding aspect of his role.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to his work, Tim is actively involved in the community. He served on the Board of Directors for the <\/span>Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association<\/span><\/a> from 2011 to 2019 and has been a dedicated <\/span>Junior Achievement Volunteer Teacher<\/span><\/a> since 2007. His passion for giving back extends to volunteering at <\/span>Feed My Starving Children<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>United Way<\/span><\/a>, and <\/span>Day Break Food Shelter<\/span><\/a>, where he and his family have been feeding the homeless every third Sunday of the month since 2002. Tim also volunteers at <\/span>Manteno Veterans Home<\/span><\/a>, where he coordinates lunches and transportation for veterans several times a year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond his career and community involvement, Tim has a love for collecting vintage vinyl records and enjoys skydiving in his spare time, making him a dynamic individual both in and out of the office!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
