Andrew Trakszelis is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in mortgage operations, financial services, and leadership. He brings a strong financial background and a problem-solving mindset to his role, focusing on understanding challenges, actively listening to both team members and customers, and developing effective solutions that improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 

 A graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Andrew believes in addressing not only expressed needs but also uncovering opportunities for improvement that may not be immediately apparent. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about helping people, fostering collaboration, and driving meaningful organizational improvements. 

 Outside of his professional career, Andrew has always been deeply involved in his community. Alongside his wife, he spent many years supporting youth sports programs, attending countless soccer games, baseball games, and hockey matches while contributing to local athletic organizations. Although his children are now grown, he continues to value the connections and experiences those years provided. 

In his free time, Andrew enjoys golfing, attending live music events, and spending quality time with family and friends. He also has a passion for cooking and enjoys preparing meals for loved ones. Whether through his professional leadership, community involvement, or personal pursuits, Andrew is known for his dedication, commitment to excellence, and genuine desire to help others succeed.
